"Dr Varsha Kishore is hands down terrific. She listens, keeps me involved in any and all medical decisions. The front desk are typically kind and I've never waited more than a couple minutes to speak to someone."
"I have never, and I mean NEVER been treated so poorly in a medical office in my life. First, a required referral for a neuro clearance was not sent within a proper time frame, and my surgery has been postponed to an unknown date. The clincher was when I requested bloodwork, due to an ongoing, long-standing issue with my thyroid. The nurse called me with the results—and she was rude and condescending on the phone. I’m finished with this practice. I’m an RN, and I have been in healthcare since 1979. I have never and would NEVER treat a patient the way I was treated. I have started the process to change my primary care provider. I DO NOT DESERVE THIS. No one does. That’s it. That’s all I wanted to say. I’m done. Sayonara, buh-bye!!"
"I love my primary care doctor he is great. But recently my wife had a mini heart attack and went to Lourdes Emergency room, and released 3 days later. I was informed to follow up with my primary doctor within 3 days. I went in person the next day cause I couldn’t reach anyone by phone at office and they told me they couldn’t see my wife u til 10 days later. How is that ok. Also need a referral from primary for cardiologist but maybe in 10 days. This is scary and makes me want to use UHS cause what’s the point of having medical service if they can’t have any availability to help my possibly save a life, only if their schedule allows it. Very disturbing and very scary at the same time. Why?"
"I aced an appt to see my primary. Apparently, it was over a year since I seen her. So i had to wait 2 months. I called another lourdes closet to my home, and that was a 2 month wait. I waited the 2 months, and in the day off my appt. They canceled. Then I had to reschedule for 2 more months out. I'm dint with these people. The drs come and go. Have to keep changing primary drs. Not professional at all."
"I am so disappointed with this office. My doctor, who I have loved for years, moved here about a year ago. Since then, my appointment has been canceled 3-4 times. Annoying, but whatever. I get that things happen. However, even more annoying is that it would take me WEEKS to reschedule each time because they are only open during the hours that I work, and every single time I call, I am on hold for AT LEAST 15 minutes, usually longer, before I can speak to someone. I have spent countless entire lunch breaks on hold waiting to speak to someone before I finally had to hang up and go back to work. At the old office, I could make appointments online which was way quicker and easier for everyone. But at this office, I have to call to schedule appointments with my doctor for whatever reason. This week, I finally got to keep an appointment, and I ended up having an emergency myself and couldn’t get to my appointment on time. I was so disappointed because it took so long for me to even have this appointment. Obviously that is not their fault. However, the appointment was at 7:30am. When I realized I would not be able to get there on time, I called over and over again from 7:15-8:30am. Each time, the answering system said the office was closed. How are you closed when I have a scheduled appointment? There is no way to leave a message or anything. I felt horrible because I was not able to let them know I couldn’t make it. Now I keep getting emails, texts, phone calls to reschedule, but again, I have spent over 2 hours on hold over the last 24 hours waiting to speak to someone to reschedule. It is absolutely wild how difficult it is to make an appointment or even speak to someone here. I am incredibly sad to leave my doctor that I have loved for years, but I will be seeking out a new office that isn’t so ridiculously hard to get in touch with."
