"As someone who lived here I am disappointed. Someone hit me and I lost my levels because of her. She hit me first and I did not hit her back, they would not let me call the police after that. There’s a couple staff that truly care. They didn’t take the girls level away or anything she got a slap on the wrist basically. I was there for 4.5 months. People get heavily medicated for no reason it’s ridiculous. Then I had a roommate who would look at me while I’m sleeping and threaten me still nothing was done. I was scared the whole time I was there. PLEASE TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE ELSEWHERE IF YOU NEED TO."
"Zero star. I have never experienced horrible staff in my entire life so far! Nurses never report anything to doctors and doctors are never interested in seeing patients! They are all in one team and there to take a paycheck only! PLEASE DONOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. I can’t believe a place like this exists!"
