"I scheduled an appointment for 915, checked in from my car on the app but when I didn’t get texted, I went inside. They were busy but figured they’d get to me. After 30 minutes they didn’t do I added myself to the list that I was here since 910 and had an appt at 915. The front desk lady said they’ll get to me when they do and didn’t take in consideration I had an appt. What a waste of time! Why even bother making an appt if they just take people in order on the damn list. Awful facility!!! However the Phlebotomist that drew my blood was fantastic. She was friendly and kind to my son. Even though it was busy, she wasn’t frazzled."

"Staff gets 5 stars while I used their lab. The rest forget it. It's been 2 weeks and no test results? There is no way to contact them over the phone unless you like to listen to the recording all day. My doctor has no results. Really? This lab is free through my insurance. I'm going back to paying $35 at another clinic. At least with them I had the results the next day and the doctor's office called the next day too."

"Every time I’d have to come here for school compliances they’ve had the friendliest staff. I highly recommend booking appointments online because you’ll be in and out, and walk-ins could be hit or miss depending on what you’re getting."

"While there, I waited while the woman in the back crowded around a computer screen. Then when 2PM came the woman behind the counter called me and pointed, “Hey you! “ which was extremely unprofessional and rude considering she already had my name because I had scheduled an appointment. I understand handling urine isn’t fun but there is no need to be rude. I will not return to this lab corps branch if I need anything else done. I will simply go to another branch. I do not tolerate disrespect."
