"Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional during my experience. It is the patient's fault that you have a manual fax that requires an office personnel to hand feed it (otherwise they don't get the fax). Other doctors offices do not operate like this-Please consider upgrading your fax machine. The BIGGEST concern I have is the fact that the doctor left another patient's file on the desk with me while I was left to complete an assessment (unsupervised). This is an embarrassment to anyone in the mental health field and a HIPAA violation."
