"We take our Norwegian Elkhound there for nail trims often and they are all very nice and willing to try even though we have the most timid, high anxiety, social awkward doggy there is. They often have to leave a nail or 2 or the nails get left pretty long but they try and get them better then we can here. They take walk-ins for nail trims which is nice but we always call ahead to see if they are busy at the time so we don't have to wait outside because our fur baby is not good with outdoors and afraid of cars on Main st lol. Never tried the grooming service but all the dogs look great that see coming out of there."

"Always works with Gus on getting his nails done they even sit on the floor with him. They have an amazing staff and I have never had any problems with them."

"We’re out of town ppl and wanted a few hours away from the dogs to explore, well the name “Creat Escape” is the FARTHEST FROM the truth!!! First we weren’t aloud in when dropping them off , which should of been the first RED FLAG then when we picked them up a few hours later we were aloud in and it SMELLED AWFUL and our dogs ( our precious babies) WERE IN A CREAT!!!! We took them their to be free to run play with other dogs HAVE FUN not be placed in a CAGE!!!! 3 hrs 36$ to have ours dogs SIT CAGED UP! When we took them outside they had to PEE IMMEDIATELY SO they probably weren’t even let out to use the restroom in that 3 hrs! NOT HAPPY NOT PLEASED would NEVER suggest or TAKE a PET there EVER!!!!"

"Kyrie and her staff at The Crate escape are wonderful. I have two shelter dogs, a Pitt mix and a Chihuahua mix. She is great with them both. The Chihuahua is a little high strung and I always worry he won’t behave. But she is great with him. Actually she knew him at the shelter before I knew him, or even her! My Pitt had super long nails. She got them to recede over time and gentle trimming!"
