"I’ve been here many times and all the times I’ve come here they have you sit and wait for upmost a half hour just to get put in a room, even though all the rooms are empty. Then you have to wait another hour for the doctor to see you. Awful healthcare"

"First off when I pulled up to this place, I thought it couldnt be real because it looked like a back alley where homeless people wouldnt even want to be. I went in anyway because it was an emergency situation , and after walking around not knowing where to go after about 15 minutes I finally ran into someone who worked there to tell me where the e.r. section was. When I got there, apparently there was no one running the e.r. portion due to lack of patients (I'm assuming because most people would probably turn around after arriving there because of how decrepit and useless it is, or because of how awful they were treated in the past), a rude man sent me to a room full of patients for regular check ups, where I then waited and when I was finally seen was told they could do nothing due to lack of necessities to help with a burn. Everybody I talked to was absolutely rude, especially the doctor I saw, who treated me as if I wasnt important enough for his time. I was then given a hand written number to some wound care place and sent on my way. Immediately after I get in my car, I call the number, and am being told this number does not exist. I then reverse look up the phone number , and the office they had given me no longer exists anymore. This was probably the worst medical experience I have ever had, and there has been alot for me, and needless to say, a complete waste of time ! Would give this place a zero if possible."
