"Came here to get a drug test done and the older lady with short hair at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. She had a mean attitude the entire time we talked to her and seemed very uninterested in helping us. People are coming to this place to get medical help and they should be treated with at least a little respect. If I was the owner of this business I would fire that lady. The rest of the workers seemed to be very present , just not the lady at the right side of the front desk."

"Arrived at 1250, opening time for the Urgent Care is 1pm. We are still waiting in the waiting room. It is almost 4pm. They are taking back one person every 45 minutes to an hour. The woman at the front desk was rude, had zero compassion, and needs an attitude overhaul."

"Hit my head and Told them I had concussive symptoms. Waited 2 1/2 hours just for the P.A. To tell me they didn’t have the equipment to test and they had to send me somewhere else to get tested while they knew full well what I was in for the entire time. On another visit I was very Ill and waited almost 3 hours and there was not many people ahead of me. I ended up leaving and going to another urgent care and got almost instantly seen. The worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. Would never recommend"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. Stuck in the waiting room for an hour when it was dead and was only ever taken back for registration and even then I waited half an hour for that. After an hour I left because I had stuff to do. Don’t call yourself an urgent care center if you’re gonna be this slow. People go there to quickly get treated if something’s wrong but we still have places to go and things to do. If you want a quick urgent care visit go to Moselem Springs, they’re much more fast, polite and clean, in other words the complete opposite of this place. Would’ve gone there if they weren’t closed"
