"Always informative with any issues and just enjoy the friendly staff"
"I had a really great experience at this office, I would definitely recommend! Very respectful and informative staff, Heather was fantastic when answering my questions. Everybody made the few appointments I had run very smoothly and really put me at ease. I was able to get in weeks before any other doctors office was able to take me which was really great as well. Highly recommend!"
"Everyone here was so friendly and made me so comfortable when I was stressed and nervous getting birth control for the first time. They helped to answer every question I had and didn't push in one direction or another. They just tried to help me figure out the best option for me."
"I scheduled an appt. for my daughter. I called Family Planning because they were able to get her in the next week, where other reputable gynecologists were booking out months. I understand the privacy concerns for young women and that the facility is a "safe place," however, I didn't realize as a responsible parent scheduling an appt. with her daughter, everything would be hush. When we arrived my daughter wanted me to go back with her. (Not to mention I needed to discuss meds and etc.) They all seemed in disbelief that a 16 year old girl would be honest enough with her mom and that the mom cared enough to be with her daughter. Then when they needed to call with information, they refused to speak with me, even though my daughter advised at her appt. that I am her mom and she wasn't there in secrecy. The practitioner didn't advise on the call the dangers of the med she prescribed, or the effects it would have mixed with her other meds. She will not go back. I will find a physician that understands RESPONSIBLE PARENTING lasts until at least 18. Are we really in the day in age that it's so rare a parent is involved and takes safety precautions for her child?"
"Went here because they were able to get me in asap. The nurse was nice. NP was rough w everything she did.....Pap, and exam. I am still cramping the next day. Even the breast exam was violently painful. Those things are attached you know! When they call you, you can't see them down the hall. They just scream your name so you hear them. Most offices come to waiting room to get you. No parking. You pay at a street meter. Low income I expected, but the NP treated you like you were less. Less and stupid. I shouldn't have gone there. Learned my lesson. Oh and no technology.... Duh! I should've realized that. My fr always did an ultrasound as I have hx of uterine polyp and endometriosis. Now I must make a second appointment for an ultrasound else where."
