"Do not come see dr Muhammad or whatever. He’s gonna put you on medication and he listens. But god forbid the medication starts making you feel bad he blames you for the medicine not working and then keeps telling you to give it time even after 6 months of being on the medication. The front desk staff are snobby and rude. They make fun of people while sitting inside the office. Oh and if you wanna get ahold of dr Muhammad about having a problem with you’re medicine don’t count on it. They’ll say we relayed the message and he’ll call you soon. A month goes by and you’ll be able to tell him at you’re next appointment. And don’t call to request to speak to him because he’s either not in the officer or with other patients. If you’re this overcrowded why are you still accepting patients?"

"Awful admin. Makes receiving treatment 100x more difficult than it should be. Zero transparency on anything. Can’t even call in prescriptions to the correct pharmacy without having to call them 10+ times"

"Absolutely terrible not only do they never contact you back you will be given a different provider every other week and then be told you need to get a new one because your last one left . It’s been 2 weeks since I came in for testing & I’ve called over 4 times to get my test results after they took not only my urine but my blood as well and absolutely no one will give me my test results or get a doctor to tell me my results so if there’s something wrong with me I won’t know and they don’t care to tell me . Not only that but they will not send you the link for your telehealth appointments and then catch an attitude with you for missing them . I’ve been off of my meds for over 2 months because these people do not do their jobs . DO NOT COME HERE ."
