"The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. I witnessed them not wanting help a family with a new born because of language barrier. As a healthcare worker myself, it is protocol to get an interpreter on the phone for anytime someone needs help translating. The doctor is wonderful but staffing needs to be reevaluated ."
