"If you have been struggling with a chronic RSI for far too long and have become despondent or hopeless, I strongly encourage you to reach out to the Damany center, they will truly help you. I started working with Suparna and Eric after almost 2 years of struggling to find a comprehensive treatment program for my bilateral RSI. I had been given some stretches and exercises from a different PT, and tried a bunch of different ergonomic solutions, including expensive equipment. Nonetheless, after some significant improvement, I had a dramatic relapse and found myself desperately looking for a long-term solution. Finding the Damany Center was my first step towards that solution. Suparna helped me understand my injury in a truly holistic and comprehensive manner, whereas before it had been a kind of mysterious negative force. Armed with this knowledge, and the guidance for best working practices, stretches, glides and exercises, I am on my way to a full recovery and regaining control over my body after 3 years of feeling lost. I also must speak to the quality of the hands-on therapy: I was able to visit the center in person for daily massage therapy, and after two or three sessions, I recognized that my most aggravated body parts were starting to open up and relax in response to the treatment. With a chronic condition like mine, it takes lots of time to fully heal, but just these early signs of positive response are enough for me to see that a path forward towards healthy recovery is possible."

"Superna and her team are truly a God send. I came to the Damany Center on the advice of a good friend, a cardiologist, who also had chronic plantar Faciitis and no success with traditional medicine. I was very skeptical but having invested a year and a 1/2 of my life on every other type of treatment with no success so had little to loose. I told this to Superna, challenged her. She said, give her about 6 months and she would fix me. I’m about 4 months in now and I’m back to doing everything I love including tennis, golf, working out, hiking, walking my dogs, and just normal walking and standing. She/they gave me my life back. I’ll need to continue maintenance as well as stretching & strengthening but that’s no big deal. Before I started physical therapy at the Damany center, I needed a caretaker to help me with my daily living. "I'm a digital artist and I got an RSI last summer and thought my career was over, after a very rough summer and fruitless doctor visits I decided to give the Damany center a try I had to wait a little while for the skype sessions but after they got started they saved me from my depression. I am now back to drawing using all the new ergonomic techniques, taking breaks, and doing my stretches.
