"Dr Taylor is wonderful and I deeply appreciate her expertise and compassion when I am able to see her during an appointment. However, don’t bother sending a message through the myLVHN app. It will be ignored. I sent a message with questions on Sunday and now it is Wednesday (office is now closed) and I doubt it will be addressed. This is what I have come to expect from this practice after years and years of having messages completely ignored. In fact, I have learned how to interpret radio silence- oh, it must mean I need to make an appointment for this issue, or oh, I need to convert this question into a Billable request in order for someone to notice. I can call and leave messages on their voicemail but still, nobody responds. And god forbid you covey even the slightest bit of urgency to your request!!! They will definitely not respond then. It would be nice if they would at least TELL ME “you need to make an appointment for this” or “we’ve been really busy lately, sorry for not getting back to you after 48 hours” or any kind of information at all to help me, the patient, get the care she needs. This kind of behavior is what I now have come to expect from Dr Taylor’s practice and sadly it has led to all kinds of issues resulting from not responding to my health needs in a timely manner. It’s honestly a little traumatizing. For example, I needed a prior authorization for a critical medication and had to go 13 days without it because nobody from Dr Taylor’s practice told me they never got the paperwork from the pharmacy. I did my best to stay on top of it but there’s only so much one can do. The one competent person finally got back to me and finally helped me, but judging from her response rate it seems like she works only 1 day a week. I really do like Dr Taylor, which is why I have tolerated this for so long, but am now asking myself if never getting a response from a medical provider when you need their help is really worth it."
"Easily set up an appointment online through the LVHN app. Checked in before my visit online, then went in and checked in at the desk. Waited for 5 minutes then was called in. Quick and efficient with great service. These other reviewers have to get with the times, setting up an appointment online is easy."
"I have no words for this place and the people that represent LVHN. The incompetence, unprofessionalism, and overall communication is indescribable. I'm going as far as I can to make sure workplace practices and quality of care is improved. May the staff who work here, who are nonchalant about the needs of patients experience what it's like to need quality care, paperwork signed correctly or anything medically related to see how it feels on the other side!!!! Karma looks for everyone."
"Doctor Owl; How many malpractice incidents does it take to get to the center of a corrupt company? Well, let's see! One- *Diagnoses you as "Severely Autistic" after one question* Two-hoo *Takes away your life-saving medication and marks you as addicted, then prescribes you a medication you say is very dangerous in your family history "Or you don't get help"* Three-hee *Quadruple opinion from the same lab labels you a liar for back pain because you just want pain meds* Krr-ack! *Your spine is blown out from physical therapy and you are bedridden for a week with a second slipped disc* How many malpractice incidents does it take to get the the center of a corrupt company? The world will never know, thanks to the inability for the lower class to be protected by law from corrupt medical 'professionals.' Smoke weed instead. Weed doesn't call you a liar. Weed doesn't tell you that you should commit suicide."
