"This place is slower than dirt. What is the point of making an appointment just to wait over an hour. I have a busy life and my time is just as important. If I schedule a time I expect to be seen near that time because I schedule my day out. Yet they make you wait hours and act like you are the bad guy for being impatient."

"Horrible from start to finish. Had a timed appointment from their website. Was told 10” prior to my appointment that they were delayed 45”. Then waited an additional 30” only to find out I was still 3rd in line to be seen. Walked out and will never go back to that poorly run clinic again! They should call it care maybe instead of care now."

"I have been here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. I went this evening (a Saturday) for what turned out to be a broken toe. I had a very minimal wait time, had X-rays immediately after seeing the dr, and every staff member I encountered was very pleasant. I was seen by Dr Ahmed, and she was very warm, personable, and easy to talk to. I really don’t understand the negative reviews… I would not hesitate to return here."

"I went in about 830pm on a Friday. I got lucky because there were no other patients in the waiting room. A lot of times you go in for care at some places and feel you might catch something else because the waiting room is crowded with people coughing, and whatnot and the wait can be long. This was not like that. I was met at the first front desk when you walk in to check in at the right and the receptionist was very nice. Then she said to go to room 105 down a long hallway and you check in again down there. Then a nurse came out to get me and do my vitals. Then the doc came in maybe 5 min after nurse. I was in and out in 20min or less. The ladies were patient and quick to help even though I came in a half hour before closing. I never realized this place was at this location even though I have drove by many times. It is a hidden gem. It is handicap accessible and clean. I believe they are open 9-9 during the week and close at 8pm on weekends. Thanks ladies!"
