"I have been a patient of this GYN office for many years. For GYN care I have no complaints. I Most recently have been seeing them for prenatal care and I am extremely unhappy. I had several practitioners contraindicate one another. When I addresses this one told me “well I don’t like that person and I don’t trust them” another told me “stop listening to everyone else” I am a high risk pregnancy and have active bleeding. When I presented to the ER the midwife called me a frequent flyer then proceeded to tell me not to call unless I am “bleeding out” because she “can’t save the baby but can save the mom”. This practice really made me question my care and the safety of me and my baby within their care. This office informed me Tower health laid off all of their women’s health care advocates as well so I was not able to have assistance in navigating what has turned into an extremely stressful time. I will not be returning. They also charge $20 to fill out FMLA paperwork which my insurance already paid them to begin with. I would also describe a lot of my experiences with this office and tower health OB triage as traumatic."

"Do NOT schedule yourself with Tonie Crandall. She is old and barbaric. She has no idea what she is doing. I had a very traumatic day today and she was completely unprofessional. You're welcome."
