"In May 2021 one of the Kimberton Clinic's revolving door providers submitted a diagnosis of dementia to my insurance co!! I discovered it very randomly & immediately asked that it be corrected. I was told a wrong code had been entered and that Tara the office manager would take care of it. Foolishly, I trusted that it would be handled properly. Fast forward to open enrollment October 2023 and I get a phone call from underwriting for a potential new carrier asking about my dementia diagnosis !! Upon calling my current carrier, a 3 way call was facilitated between Tara, the customer service rep and me. Tara was very bothered by the fact that she had to do this again, refusing the phone number of the department she needed to call and was rude enough to hang up on us when I insisted that she fix the problem generated by the practice she represents. I do not understand the attraction to this practice. It's dirty and very poorly managed. It's impossible to establish a relationship with any provider as they rarely stay more than a year. Obviously, they see the flaws of this practice and want out as soon as possible. I've filed a grievance with my carrier and will file another with the Professional Compliance Office."

"We have been going here since July of 2019. The first year was wonderful, we saw Nicole and loved her. We come here only because they allow an alternate vaccine schedule. Something changed when Nicole left. The parking lot is always packed, the phone line is always busy, and forget it if you need an appointment that isn't scheduled months in advance. Plus wait time is a joke, had 2 appointments for my newborn where we were left waiting for over an hour. The team at the desk is very friendly and helpful, and this rating doesn't reflect them, more the management. Something shifted and I can only assume it came from the top down."

"I have been going to the Kimberton clinic for about 4 decades. I have always been treated with the greatest respect. I feel that the staff really listen to me and take every needed step to help me with my presenting symptoms. The staff are warm and caring. Sometimes you have to wait for a little bit due to the volume of patients they have, but they will get you in as soon as possible."

"We are new to the Kimberton Clinic and couldn't be happier. Not one unprofessional interaction or response, I think the receptionist mentioned in previous comments must have been let go... Everyone was friendly and professional, just the right combination. We were looking for a practice that would see the whole family and be respectful of parents' choices when it comes to their kids' health. The hour drive is worth it!"

"While there are many ways for the clinic to improve, I give them 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1) They are open to an alternative vaccine schedule. This is THE reason that we chose to come here. So when I find myself unhappy with the facility or customer service, I have to remind myself of why I chose it in there first place. 2) The practitioner we see, Lisa Brenner, has been phenomenal with the kids. She is winsome and respectful. Not all of the nurses are experienced or comfortable working with the kids since it's not a pediatrician's office. But Lisa is more than capable. She listens lovingly and offers a logical, caring approach. With that said, I am not surprised by the other negative reviews and hope the practice will grow in professionalism."
