"Great staff and service. My appointment was on time as scheduled. I went for shots in both knees and Brad who administerd the shots was waiting and prepared for me! I am always pleased with my vist to Coordinated Health and the staf !!!"

"This place opened in Hazleton and is fantastic. I went here for stiffness in my ankles and the diagnosis and physical therapy is helping. My gripe is the lack of coverage they have for their phones. Be prepared to be on the phone waiting to talk to someone for 20 minutes or longer. I've called to make an appointment, cancel an appointment and ask a question on location of the MRI facility in Allentown and they always seem to be "experiencing a delay". In fact, the original appointment I made was in person at the new facility and I am glad I did because I think I would have become frustrated waiting so long just to make an appointment that first time. This place is growing and has many locations so they need to up the number of service reps to answer the phone. Today I used the extension given to me for the Hazleton office and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang........ just impossible. So the people in charge....hire more phone reps."
