"I have 3 children that attend mastery smedley. I have to say this is one of the best experiences that I have had with a school EVER! The principal is a wonderful man, the teachers are awesome and actually care about the students progress, and the administrative staff are very friendly. Considering the area it is in and how the school was years ago, Smedley has come a long way. The negative reviews on here seem shady. Consider the source people. Look at the grammar. Come on. Dirty School? No not at all. The only problem I have with the school is the lunches. My children hate them and come home hungry everyday but the school itself is not in control of that, the district is. So in general this school is awesome! Also, if you child is having a problem there, no worries, the deans WILL handle it. They don't play with the trashy kids. Have a great day! :)"

"If my chils is absent they call because they worry about the student. If we have any problem with other student they resolve as soon possible and keep in contact about that. The staff is very responsable and concern about the student and the safestery. Big change between old Smedly and now. The teacher are very nice, respectfull and try to do the best job with the student."

"EVER SINCE I BEEN TO THAT DIRTY, SCHOOL WHEN EVER YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THE STAFF WONT CARE AND WONT ADDRESS THE ISSUE. THEN THEY'LL JUST PUT THINGS THAT YOU DIDN'T DO ON YOUR RECORD. IF YOUR BEING ABSENT FOR A DAY, THE ATTENDANCE MANAGER WILL CALL YOUR HOUSE 3-4 TIMES A DAY. THAT WAS THE WORST SMEDLEY CAMPUS I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE."
