"their text Appointment confirmation program failed twice; once It sent and got a Confirmation reply; then we arrive at the appointment and We were canceled! Next appointment; no text at all! we arrive; they had canceled our appointment again. No Gas Reimbursement; no rescheduling. their new patient policy punishes working class people who can not always get time off; or do but struggle to make it on time to appointments because of Bosses & Traffic, by taking away your Healthcare for a year; and potentially more on "repeat offenses" as if trying to get dental work was a crime! Profits over people garbage."

"I do not recommend any dental practices but this place is amazing. The staff and dentists are always very nice, calming and personable. They make sure to tell you every aspect of what they are doing and if you feel any pain it is taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this dental office. I have been to many dentists in the past and NEPA CHC Greenfield Township is definitely the best in all aspects of care."

"Absolutely wonderful staff, they're all nice and patient! I had two appointments on the same day, one at 9PM for the psychiatrist and at 2PM for the dentist. My psychiatrist took me in early at around 8:40, and the dentist took me in at around 10:14 in the morning!!! They're so so sweet. From emotional neglect I've went through as a child, I've never went to the dentist until now. The dentist that handled my teeth is someone named Erick or Ericka, and she was one of the most amazing people I've met when it comes to dealing with teeth. They also accept Medicaid, so if you're struggling with finances, you've come to the right place!"
