They were very quick about working me and accommodating my work schedule. We hit the ground running as Tyler said we would and WOW, what a difference just after 2 weeks. The key has been repetition easy exercises that I'm hoping to incorporate for life. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable."
