"Dr. Snyder's office has been my primary care provider since I was born. Janelle L. Corcoran was the physician that I always saw. She was good. Now that she is gone, they have replaced her with a Tammy Ganoe. I've never been treated so badly. I have extreme anxiety going to see doctors. I only go when I am in so much pain that I cannot take it any longer. You go to a doctor when you need help. There is an expectation that they will help you. I told her that I was in so much pain that I was having bad thoughts. She told me I should maybe switch to a different career path. She refused to sign my fmla, so I won't get fired for having off and going to all my physical therapy and specialist appointments. I am switching to a different primary care provider after 27 years. I will definitely not forget how I was treated here and the absolute lack of care for me, as a patient."

"He sneered at me being in pain as though I'm just complaining. Aren't you supposed to tell your doctor what is all wrong with you? So they can get you what you need. Definetly wouldn't recommend anyone. His bedside manners are terrible. I have never been treated this way at a doctor's office. I'm being polite about my opinion too."
