We have offices in Indiana, DuBois, Punxsutawney, Clearfield, Northern Cambria, Clarion, and Greensburg, ensuring accessibility to our services across multiple locations.

At Community Guidance Center, we offer services such as Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization (ALPHA), School Based Drug and Alcohol Use Disorder (Outpatient), and Mobile Psychiatric Medicine Management in Indiana County. We also provide mental health services to patients at Primary Health Network's Jacksonville Family Medicine Center.

We understand that mental and behavioral health issues can affect individuals of all ages, which is why we emphasize the importance of early identification and treatment.
