"Terrible. I needed a family Dr because I have been having a lot of problems So I started going here which was a mistake! The nurse acted like you were wasting her time and wasn’t the friendliest. I typed up a paper the night before so I wouldn’t leave anything out and not waste anyones time the problems I’ve been having and some background info about me and she read it and still asked me questions that I had typed on the paper. The dr was okay she sent me to have test done but if your expecting them to call you with your results forget it. I had my tests done a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything about the one test from them. It took me going to the ER to find out what’s wrong. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere where they put their patients first and a smile on their face even if they hate their job."

"Things were going well. Until I needed a antibiotic for a sinus infection. Couldn't get seen, asked if they would call it n, nope, so they said they would do a phone call. Well after 10 minutes, a lady calls who is not the Dr. Said she wouldn't call anything in, I needed a covid test. No I dont. She said well I cant do anything, call back in a few days if your not better , I said so in the meantime I suffer? She said no I'll call you in a decongestant, I asked her if it had the hci in it, no she said it does not, I told her I cant take anything with hci,she lied and said it didn't have it in it. Well I bought it took 2 became nervous and jittery, guess what? It had the hci in it. Also charged me 40 dollars for a worthless phone call. Now I need a medical excuse for my migraine for missing work, sorry we cant. It's in my.medical history for going to ER for migraines, well we didnt treat you for it the ER did. Really? Changing drs."

"Dr. Kriger is a wonderful doctor. She listens to your problems, is thorough and attentive, and creates a plan of how to treat you. I never feel rushed while I'm with her. Secretaries and nurses in the office are awesome too"

"I am new to the area and needed a new PCP. They have a Very friendly staff. I did not wait long to be taken back to the exam rooms and Dr.Amy Kriger was in shortly after the nurse/assistant was done asking me about my history. Dr.Kriger was very friendly and attentive. She showed concern and compassion for all of my concerns and questions. I am happy with my experience and glad I chose her as my new PCP."

"Are you kidding me. A woman came late for her appointment and was berated by the staff. I here 10 minutes early my appointment was an hour ago and still waiting."
