"The staff now are very friendly, but anything pertaining to maintenance for as much as we pay to live here is not very great in my book. Oh they will show up but never get all of the stuff fixed . I have work orders from last year that I’ve just had to put work orders back in for. They will measure and say they ordered the parts but it never gets done. The kids playing ball near the bedroom windows they broke the window and they didn’t even want to replace the inner glass. Finally they sent a company to fix it after weeks. Other than that no one bothers you. The maintenance men now seem to be on top of things so far ."

"Horrible experience living here. They had to ask us to stay because they couldn’t get people to continue renting here. The staff refuse to take accountability and don’t work with you. Poor maintenance of the complex too. Not worth the money or time to live here."

"I have lived at the sister property Camden Hills for three years all the years I lived here the pool was never opened and management is always harassing and barring a lot of the fellow neighbors out of the community when there leasing is terminated and no offense or violation was caused. The parking lot has experienced different types of pest like roaches and rats. Please at your last option do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else more beneficial it's a known occurrence if you rent from the complex after leaving and trying to rent somewhere else the property management has giving false referral for previous tenants who had no issue during the time of their lease."

"Am currently staying here and I can’t wait to leave this place. My husband and I are in need of an appointment with them but they never pick up calls or even care enough to return them incase you leave a voicemail. We knocked on the leasing door and am sure someone was inside and they didn’t open. It was a Saturday. Not a good place to raise a kid too. However their maintenance is great, those guys are always on time and are good at their job and for that I’ll give a one star."

"I've been living here for 2.5 years now and I havent had any major issues here. The complex has a lot of children, but their pretty good at playing at the playground, accept for rare occasions when they the older kids want to hang out in the laundry room. The maintenance team is awesome and always answer calls when needed. Denia, the office assistant is great, she knows me by name, and always takes care if my issues or concerns. I would like to move up to a 3 bedroom when I go to renew my lease, but if there's none available, I will have to move."
