"SO far the worst experience, and my son just started this school...He is in the kindergarten. The secretary is ignorant, uncaring, lazy and has an " I don't care attitude"...the assistant tries her best, considering she is underneath the secretary. Nothing she can do, but you can tell she wants to tell that secretary off. The principal...A JOKE! My son's teacher and the class is supposed to be out at 2:50..10 minutes before the bigger kids get out...Well, he has attended since first day of school and I have yet to see a dismissal at 2:50 or going into the classroom at 8:25. You gotta just sit there and wait...They do not want the parents in the school building...I WONDER WHY? Well I am just going to say this after reading all the reviews...Let something happen to my son...This school will feel my wrath...and they will never forget it. I don't know what they are hiding in this school, but I will find out...and then it's on! either get it together or close it down...and as far as the lunches, I need to see them and make sure, cause here recently my son has had the runs. How do you as a principal see parents in the office at the beginning of the school and not introduce yourself as the principal....You were not doing anything! These young teachers, right out of high school knows absolutely nothing....How about this? When is gym day? I was never told and it was never on the sheets..but the parents were asked to bring 2 packs of copy paper(printer paper) as part of the children's school supplies...along with: construction paper and six folders, specific colors at that...Dry erase markers....for your kids...I don't thing so!"

"my children have been in this school for 3 months, I have made over 50 phone calls regarding my son who is being bullied. The school have yet to help with the situation they have only made it worst. my son had an concussion while there. the staff is horrible, starting with the assistant principal, no student is safe there. I could go on and on with the list of their incompetence."

"I want to make it clear this Elementary School should not be open not only for safety reasons or for the education these children are not for me my girls that are in their 20s now had a good education but years later my son is going to Laurel Cornell Elementary and it's behind the principal does not answer phone calls does not make appointment and if not in school all day I truly feel if the Philadelphia School District would come out and investigate the school like they should have done years ago when I started complaining they would not have it open and they will give her the principal because remember I found out mr. Pelzer had been demoted back to an elementary school that's unacceptable good"

"This school is TERRIBLE. The office staff are VERY RUDE and LAZY. The teaching staff is even WORSE!!! They don't do their jobs as educators and care givers of our children. The physical condition of the school is deplorable for our children to receive a proper education. The school board definitly need to take more interest in our children and the individuals who they pick to nurture them."
