"My son has attended The Montessori School for the past 2 years. This year as we are embarking on a unique situation with covid-the teachers adapted. My son is still meeting with his class every morning online Monday-Friday and the teachers are providing one on one sessions with students on a case by case basis. The school offers a wonderful learning environment and really promotes community involvement among families, children, and the teachers. The school also promotes diversity which was an important factor in our decision being a African-American family. We have had a great experience and my son is learning so much!"

The learning environment and structure/resources there are incredible. And beyond the classroom, one really feels part of a larger family at TMS. So many wonderful memories and friendships here. Our 6-year-old son is in his third year here, and as it turns out the 2020 school year has been something no one could have expected, but the staff at The Montessori School have been nothing short of excellent. They pulled together Zoom meetings, shuttled work to kids' houses so they wouldn't fall behind and continued to keep up the top quality education our child has known since he was a pre-schooler. This school is more than just a place where your kids will learn; they've built a community, with (in previous years) regular events for the whole family. We will miss the school when our kindergartner moves on to first grade, but look forward to sending our younger son is ready to attend."

"My son attended the The Montessori School for 3 years and my daughter is currently in her 3rd year. My third child will start next year. I can't say enough wonderful things about the school and the staff. The teachers are passionate and committed to providing the very best education for your child. They do a wonderful job of explaining all of the Montessori materials so you know what your child is working on during the day. The education is diverse - math, language, science, nature, geography, art, music, practical life skills, and much more. They also teach social and emotional skills so the kids learn how to be polite, respectful, and play cooperatively. The classroom is clean, they change the materials in the class monthly, and the kids get plenty of outdoor activity. The school provides many opportunities for socializing with other families so you really get to know your child's classmates and their families. I also appreciated the way the handled my son's food allergies and medications. I highly recommend this school!"
