"A beautiful place to live! -I moved to Crossroads Station Apartments in June of this year. 6 months in & I’m very in love with my new home! Kenedra, the property manager, was very friendly, informative & made the move-in process a breeze. Leasing staff is very nice & welcoming, the maintenance staff addresses every need & all of the apartment amenities are definitely a bonus! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!"

"The Crossroads Stations community definitely delivers as advertised. The community and the buildings are clean and well managed by the property management team. One of things I valued is open and clear lines of communication and management provided just that. They were very welcoming and the property manager L took the time to walk me through the building to explained some additional features. I worked with Assistant Property Manager Brontë who assisted me with the paperwork and both ladies were outstanding and provided great customer support . I would recommend this community to anyone. Added bonus you can walk to the VRE from your home and it is not loud or obnoxious."

"This community sitting right next to the Spotsylvania VRE Station is ideal! Fredericksburg is a very popular area for commuting so whether utilizing that VRE to go north or heading towards Richmond or Dahlgren, this community offers a convenient route for any destination."

"I recently moved into Crossroads Station Apartments and so far I am very happy with my decision. One thing that worried me about the move was how this community is tucked away from a lot of the local shops and restaurants but I am finding that it is actually pleasantly peaceful. We are still very close to Corners Corner. Bronte has been very helpful throughout the process, she delivered a ton of knowledge during my tour and has made the transition from one apartment to the next very easy for me. I’m excited to see how the remainder of my time here goes."

"I was so determined to write a positive review before retiring for the night. At crossroads station apartments the property manager, Ms. K definitely strives for excellent customer service. Her southern charm and customer service was extremely outstanding which I was impressed with. She's knowledgeable and very detailed with all. Unfortunately across the board customer service rarely exists these days. The world needs to have more Kenedra's in it because she's top notch so I give credit where credit is due. Her bubbly and positive attitude made the appointment an easy process. My daughter and I really enjoyed talking to her today as well as touring. It's a lovely and quiet community but it's a bit secluded for me."
