"THIS IS FULL OF COLONIAL BEACH BAGELS (gangsters for colonial beach) i have almost died with my bestselling cocker spaniel of the month!! i would’ve been broke and my son ryan would’ve had to live with his abusive step dad josh!!!!!!! nuggets were eaten by roaches on the counter, i was jumped, and found good for nothings all over the parking lot!!! TRASHED PLACE !! Riverwood Apartments is not a good place! my son goes to grace lutheran church and school laplata maryland and it is too far of a drive state to state this is a problem!!!"
"New manager for this property is wonderful! Very helpful and addresses issues and concerns timely. The maintenance man is also great and informative! Old management lost my application(s) for an apartment several times, which made my wait time for an apartment longer than most. When submitting my initial application I was told an approximate wait time was about 2 years, mine took about 3.5 years and I'm sure Covid also played a part in the slow down also! New management for this property has made a difference, in her short time here."
