"The management does not fyou will get taken advantage of at some point issues regarding maintenance. They fabricate issues to keep renters in line. Regardless of how right they might be. Unless you're lookiHg problems I would suggest you do not rent from a property controlled by Habitat America"
"would let my damn dog live here especially after having tenant live with black mold then trying to evict them for not filling out their re cert paperwork because they simply want to know if they will be moved from a mold infested unit as they were initially promised . as a member of the community i am ashamed and who ever the property manager is , should be ashamed too . i would move to lord calvert before here and that says a lot lol smh"
"Been living here 10 years, have had black mold for about half of that time. All they do is paint over It"
"A friend of mine has lived there for over a year. The bathroom toilets overflow on a regular bases. The hotwater heater and the AC unit have both leaked. The washer was inoperable and the dryer didn't workfor weeks. There was black mold in the closet where the AC unit is. They are suppose to be painting but it has been an ongoing project for atleaxt 3 weeks. There has been no mention of replacing the carpet that was saturated and obviouly is molded as well. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing and the rental office is threatening to charge her $75 dollars because the trash didn't fit in the dumpster and was left beside it. Who ever is responsible for the upkeep of this property needs to get involved here and get things taken care of. The health department should do an inspection. Some of those units are not livable"
"We lived in these apartments for a couple of years after moving off base. We honestly felt these were our best years in Maryland. We loved our neighbors and we became very close with them. It was such a quiet, kid friendly area to live in. The front office was absolutely amazing. Any time we had problems with something, we never felt like asking for help would be a burden. All of the staff were so happy to help and would go above and beyond for us numerous times. They were constantly putting notes on our door of any changes that would be made with parking passes, any inspections, or if there was a special event going on. They were extremely friendly and knew all of the tenants by name, along with asking them how things were going. We loved to go to the office just to visit sometimes because we felt so welcome. We absolutely loved it there and would move back in a heart beat."
