"I was initially excited about this apartment, as it looked fantastic in the pictures. However, I was disappointed when I applied, as it came with numerous hidden fees that were not transparently included in the base rent shown on the floor plans. Additionally, I faced issues when I mentioned that my dog is a service animal due to my PTSD. I was met with an unfriendly response, stating that I still had to pay a pet deposit, despite my dog's service status. When I mentioned the "Fair Housing Act," the response remained unfriendly, with the choice presented as paying the deposit or get charge for a new carpet at the end of my lease. To add to my concerns, there is also a monthly parking fee of $15… This experience left me quite dissatisfied. I recommend applying somewhere else."
