"My entire family has been a patient of Dr Medic's for decades. I have zero complaints about him personally, as he has always been compassionate and given my family and I sound medical advice over the years. But good luck actually getting an appointment with him these days, as he is rarely available. You will most likely be forced to see and/or talk to Dr. Laura, who wins the award for Biggest Quack in SE PA. But not before you have the displeasure of speaking to one of the many dreadful office assistants. Every single one that has ever worked there in the 20 years I was a patient have been EXTREMELY rude and degrading. It's almost as if they are trained to treat their patients with malice and disrespect. It's so bad, that my entire family avoids contacting their office even when they truly need the care. A $150 MedExpress bill is worth it just to avoid the unprofessionalism from their staff and high blood pressure you get just by being on the phone with them. I made the decision to switch PCPs 1 year ago, but unfortunately my mother remains an active patient. Her health has always been up to par and she has always been able to be seen by Dr. Medic in the past as needed. However, she has been extremelty sick for over 2 weeks and has been getting the run around from Dr. Laura since she first became ill. Not only did Dr Laura misdiagnose her, she has also given her laughable "medical advice", failed to follow up with her or my dad when it was critically needed, and refuses to see her in the office to prescribe a much needed medicine because they thrive off accusing everyone who walks in the door of abusing prescriptions. I have dealt with their abuse personally and have horror stories that has left me scarred physically and mentally, but when these people treat my mother with the same disrespect and ignorance, and fail to give her the care she desperately needed/needs, I have no problem calling them out and warning everyone and anyone of how they mistreat patients. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!"

"I went to Dr Medic for over 20 years. I always liked going to see him, but getting past the office staff was another story!! They were totally rude, cruel and just plain mean. The only person I prayed I would see, was Pearl. She is a wonderful woman, and I hope she's retired from there by now. It's been over seven years since I've been to that office. This is the first chance I've given myself to write about them. The very last phone call was the icing on the cake!! I couldn't take anymore of them talking down to me and being rude. That's when I changed Dr's. I like my Dr now, just as I liked Dr Medic. But the staff I deal with now are compassionate and kind. I need everyone on the same page to be able to keep going forward. If that practice is still in business the next five years, I'll be surprised."

"Have been seeing Dr. Medic for years, and couldn't be happier! Unlike many family practitioners, Dr. Medic will spend as much time with you as you need, doing a thorough exam and answering each and every questions you may have. I never feel like he is rushing through my appointment, and his genuine concern and care for me (and I'm sure ALL his patients) is very evident. Yes, the wait time is sometimes longer than I'd like, but I know it's only because he is giving his other patients the same attentive care as I receive when it is my turn to be seen. I have never had a negative experience with the office staff as others claim, but even if you did, that seems to be a poor reason for switching physicians when you have one as professional and attentive as Dr. Medic. 5 stars!"
