Reviews
"This practice is a sinking ship. They cannot keep staff because the staff is underpaid, overworked, and treated with no respect. The office manager is clueless about how to run a practice and treat people with respect. She pushes people to the point that they leave. She makes staff members cry, manipulates new hires into doing jobs they did not sign up for. The doctors are aware and refuse to advocate for their staff. If you want prompt medical attention, timely test results/appointments, and to have your phone calls answered - this is not the place to be seen. Trust me - I worked here."
"Dr Albert very stuck on him self he thinks he's the best bad attitude went in for nothing working down there did something totally different now I'm suffering then he says I'll see you in 6 months what a joke"
"The extremely intelligent staff here will have the wrong number and call you repeatedly. When you finally answer and tell them it's the wrong number they'll call back again to verify it's the wrong number!"
"I'm giving this place 2 stars because the staff were overall pleasant. The doctor I saw, however, was not. His demeanor was that of a doctor who had no desire to see me from the start. He was incredibly dismissive just about the whole time. Despite me listing a good few symptoms I've been experiencing for some time, he focused on the fact that I mentioned fatigue by saying "I get a lot of people coming in here saying they're tired, well we're all tired." Prolonged periods of fatigue is uncharacteristic of me, that's why I was there to see the doctor, among other things. This was an incredibly insensitive and dismissive thing to say and I did not feel this doctor had any care for me or my problems/symptoms from that point forward, though I wasn't feeling very confident in that regard before that anyways. He slapped me with a referral to an endo and a prescription for something that may or may not help, shook my hand and rushed away. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. Needless to say, I'm not looking forward to my follow up with this doctor in November."
"I had a terrible experience here 10 years ago with Dr. Halenda (do not recommend) and I just recently was referred back to this urology office. I thought, despite my misgivings, it would be a better experience. Wrong. The receptionist was rude about my request to see a female physician (heads up: there are none, but there are female PA's) and she was very condescending about why my doctor was referring me to the office, like I had to justify why I deserved to be seen. Just incredibly unprofessional and I will not be going to this practice. If this is the experience with just the office, I can only imagine the actual physician experience will be as insensitive as it was 10 years ago."
