I had requested for sign language interpreter and was never accompanied with one because the office never called for one. Lack of professionalism."

I got attitude from the nurse because I needed an open mri. Several months later still no appt for an mri. Office has been contacted on several occasions. "i called to make appointment for my husband to see Dr. Rabuck or Dr. Fowler. Secretary, Named Anna, (that's what she said when answering the phone), wants to know what's the know the medical problem, which side of the body... No wonder, patients who called is on hold for 10 minutes or more before they can get someone to talk too... First of all they can't treat them over the phone and second, they can access the patient information on their system as they are connected to UPMC... I know it coz they asked me to verified the phone number, dob, address and insurance... I worked for the prestigious doctors in nyc for almost 15 years but never we let the patients be on hold for more than 1 minute... And she even told me that I'm screaming at her when I was just asking why to they need to know what part of the body which they will do it anyway when the patient see the medical assistants... Just a waste of time for the patient.. And she is so damn rude"
