And a little bit of an upgrade and some monthly activities for the tenants unless we have these things, and I'm unaware of them. Overall, it was very nice."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL. Maintenance is terrible. I put in a emergency maintenance request just to come home the day after to no washer at all, didn’t receive any updates as to when I’ll have a washer. Fast forward to a few days(2) later, I get a “new” washer (washer from different unit) and it flooded the same day it was replaced. The washer had flooded my ENTIRE hallway, the walkway Into my master room and the entire closet area in my room. These are inhumane living conditions. I asked maintenance when I’ll have a washer in my unit and was told it would take a few weeks and there’s nothing they can do about it in the meantime. I finally got in contact with Candice Young, assistant (property manager) about the situation and was told I’ll get a call back with a update from her … never received a phone call. Save yourself the headache and move elsewhere. These units are also INFESTED with termites"
