"This office is HORRIBLE since switching to WVU. Had an appointment today with a NP who was awful. Told me one thing then when i said thats not what the ER said then changed it. Called to schedule after ER visit with a stone had to wait 2 weeks to get in. I have been there plenty of times had plenty of procedures for stones through them and never again will i step foot in that place. This place needs the state to come in an audit it and they need to get better staff."

"Terrible office. They should be shut down by the state! Incompetent physicians assistants! After two appointments she told me I didn’t have cancer. I just completed 23 sessions of radiation treatments with a real doctors office that has competent medical staff to try to kill the cancer that she told me that I didn’t have which denied me timely and competent medical treatment."

"This place is an absolute joke. They do not care about their patients. Extremely rude and condescending every visit. Now the phone call will not connect to the office and they will not return calls to schedule appointments either over the phone or online."

"I never write reviews for stuff, so that is definitely saying something. This practice is so unprofessional. I have been dealing with kidney and bladder issues for the past 3.5 months. Took a urine sample for them and scheduled an ultrasound to see what’s going on. I had to wait over a month and a half to be scheduled for this ultrasound just for them to call me and tell me they accidentally booked me during the week of their ultrasound tech’s vacation. I had to reschedule for a whole month out. I am now going on 2 months without any sort of resolve. I am beyond frustrated and hope they can learn from this. To ultimately top it off, no medicines have been prescribed to me despite obvious infection and disease of my kidneys. My anger is unfathomable with the practice."
