"Update on my review I previously posted. My son had serial casting done for tip toe walking. He went through casting for 8 weeks. My appt was at 10:30 I was there at 10:15. I didn’t know I was supposed to have a specific type of brace. A man came in for his 11:00 appt early. So when we went back I had to call his dr which took 2 mins. She made us go back to the waiting room at 10:45 to take the 11:00 appt. I guess he was more important. We had to wait for him to finish his appt at 11:30. I had an appt with Danielle who was ssooooooo rude and mean during our appt. She was being so rough and tugging on my son who is autistic and pulled his leg and made him hit his head off of the wall. I asked her a question about when his braces would be in because he needed them asap after the casting. She was so rude and said they come when they come! So for the rest of the appointment I was quiet. She didn’t even show me the different braces we could pick out. She called me the next day to describe all of the different designs. How can you pick something out if you can’t see! Fast forward his braces took 3 weeks to come in. The shoes ordered were the wrong size. We switch for a different size still wrong. I told the receptionist about my experience. She then tells Danielle and Danielle had the nerve to call me phone to confront me and tell me I must have mistaken her for the wrong person and tried to gaslight me. HANGET CLINIC DROPPED THE BALL MY SON IS BACK ON HIS TIP TOES BECAUSE THEY DROPPED THE BALL!!"

"Needed new AFO braces. Danielle did an excellent job casting and fitting new braces. Also recommended the best shoes. Outstanding service and the best staff. Highly recommend Hanger."

"Staff is awesome, fun, and compassionate. Only thing I would say is give detail directions.I am notorious getting lost unless I have landmarks even though I still have my GPS yelping in my ear. Really this is my issue. Maybe for example: "We are located in the last building coming down the hill on the left before the trees and woodsy area starts". Someone else may be my twin with the direction thing and doesn't want to admit it. Otherwise would TOTALLY recommend and actually have. Thanks gang for making me feel comfortable!♡"
