Recommendation was life saving but when we came in we thought issue was routine, minor. We had no idea of the danger experiencing "silent symptoms". Very grateful for their guidance."

"I understand MedExpress has their policies and such; but the lady at the reception desk was incredibly rude to me upon my arrival. She couldn’t be bothered to help more than the bare minimum and truly should not have a job in any type of customer service role. I’ve had great experiences at other medexpress locations in the past but this women’s attitude was abysmal. If it were up to me, she would be without a job. 1 star out of 5. Will never return to this location"

"I went in for a TB test and physical for work recently and the people at the front desk were very nice which is why I’m giving it a two star instead of one. Both the doctor and nurse rushed as much as possible to the point I truly don’t think it could even be considered a physical. (They weren’t busy there was only two other people in the waiting room when I was called back) I truly don’t know how one makes it through medical school and is THAT lazy. The nurse was rude but the doctor was nice even when rushing. The room was also filthy. I don’t know what was splattered on the door but it was very disturbing."
