"Judgemental, arrogant, dismissive. On top of being ridiculed he ALSO refused to give me my previous medication telling me I shouldn't "lean on medication". DEPRESSION/PTSD medication I've been on over 10+ years! It is his JOB to provide us with the care we NEED. A therapist put down a patient for being on MENTAL HEALTH medications to deal with PTSD?! He was just awful. I left our last two appointments LITERALLY IN TEARS. Refused to ever go back. Felt like I was being ridiculed by my father rather than seeing a therapist! I would especially not advise women to see him. He clearly views us as weak emotional beings. Judged me with extreme arrogance, ridiculed me for my mental health, then was completely dismissive of my need for my DEPRESSION medication. Not anything like Adderall or any type of mind altering medication. But DEPRESSION/PTSD medication!! I feel embarrassed, hurt, lost and confused, and very sad that I don't know where to turn after having a therapist put me down for having mental health problems. Take note that his only positive review is from his NEIGHBOR NOT from a patient!!"

"Great person great friend to all who know Dr Guterson I lived for about decade in the same area and have see love for people that this Doctor shared !, can not comment as patient but as Naigbeor just wish to shine the light of caring individual who always was consistent with it ,as great human with positive words of the encouragement."

"He was great for two years until my medicine got stolen then instead of being the victim of a crime I became the suspect of wrong doing and treated like an addict after nothing would have ever suggested that prior. So if you get robbed, don’t expect to get treated fairly. I have BPD, Depression. Anxiety, and PTSD. So now I went from functional to losing my job and can’t get out of bed. You would think after two or more years there would have been some kind of trust. Guess not …."
