"Array is truly a great building. I’m a big cleanliness person and it’s really clean from top to bottom. The leasing staff is really nice and professional as well. Maya is a superstar. The amenities are great and I’m loving my unit. Would definitely recommend."

"My Son toured Array at West Alex this past weekend, and left very impressed. Since he works 12 hour days, I helped him do some research beforehand. The unit he viewed was beautiful, and flawless. The facilities are well maintained, modern, clean and welcoming. There is not enough encouraging things we can say about Array at West Alex, you have to see it yourself. My Son immediately filled out and submitted an application to move in. Looking forward to help moving him in soon."

"0 stars. VERY Simple: DO NOT move to this building if you want to sleep at all. All the reviews regarding noise are true. I personally know 2 people who moved out because the management didn’t take action and these people couldn’t sleep for months and were afraid of losing their jobs at this point. I only moved here for the quiet hours, supposed to be from 11pm-7am, definitely not respected. All my complaints since 2021 are noise related. I live on the very TOP floor, my DOWNSTAIRS neighbors are animals. I don’t sleep anymore. It feels like absolute torture.When I tap the walls or floor as a warning sign, they come up to my apartment and threaten me. I don’t really feel safe anymore. Just find another place if you can't stand noise like me. Between the construction across the street, and terror from downstairs neighbors I am counting days to get out of here. My mental health has been declining since I moved here. Saturday 12/30/23 8 AM - Today I got woken up the trash truck aggressively slamming the container against the truck. This is also a common occurrence here at the “luxury” Array building. 2 days ago some guy was on the roof yelling and running on top my bedroom. Oh Let’s not forget the fire alarm testings!!! I’ve heard some horror stories about the moving out process, so I’ll update my review once I move out in March. Just find another place in my opinion."

"I love living at Array. The place is always clean & management is amazing. Mohamed especially is so friendly & I really feel safe here. They always have creative resident events — just recently there was a Sound Bath Meditation event & a brunch event with catered food from Silver Diner. I feel like they really care about the residents here & the events have given me a chance to make several good friends. Thank you!!"
