"If I could leave -5 stars I would. Management has a complete lack of common courtesy, lack of transparency, and communication calming it is "not their job" to communicate IMPORTANT and potentially dangerous situations for residents. Deliberately said, "SAFTEY IS NOT A PRIORITY AND CANNOT BE RANKED." If you are a single girl moving in I would highly advise you to stay away from this property as their maintenance workers do not respect privacy. I promise you will aggressively attempt to enter your home without your permission."

"The staff at Encore was very helpful, particularly George, with moving in and filling in all my application material. George, Terry, and others who worked at the front were extremely kind, helpful, and the customer service was amazing. The staff here is great and very time efficient! The apartment is clean and beautiful, with friendly neighbors. The only inconvenience is the parking, which guests have to pay for, even during the day time."

"Very professional experience. Complex is pretty well maintained. Made our move a smooth transition. Apartment is very clean and all appliances available and in excellent condition. New floors everything in Apartment was well kept. Our concerns attended to in a timely manner. Ground are well kept tidy ,pleasing to the eyes."

The Encore is extremely well maintained with upgraded units ready for you to move into. The Property Manager, Sherry, and her entire team are exceptional in every way. They all work extremely hard to make sure their residents feel like they're a part of their community, rather than it just being another place to live. Highly recommend!!"

"Went to an awesome resident event at the Encore that I was invited to by friends and it is awesome! Glow night had music, food and a great party of fun people. It seems like the residents and people that work there get along great. The guests had a great time!"
