"Ive been renting here since 2021 and have had several issues. The management company changes every year and it seems to struggle regardless of the staff. Currently-I’m dealing with a roach infestation. The pest control sprayed twice and never came back despite me following up directly with management-good luck getting a response from them! Carla is the absolute worst and doesn’t help the residents whatsoever. This pest issue is seemingly getting worse and no one seems to care. I may take legal action as I just renewed my lease and now I wish I decided to move out. This place is nothing but an overpriced headache."

"Lived here since 2017 and I have experienced three different management companies take control of this building and to be honest this is the worst management team. If you bring a complaint to them, they are slow to respond and do not fix the issues right away. I have had several issues occurred with this team of managers. I moved from one unit to the other and to be honest I should have just moved away completely. I have smelled every neighbor below my unit food and smoke/ marijana. I can not sleep and when my guess are over they smell the smoke coming through the vents. They refused to fix the issue, all the maintenance people quit. I just think this management team is horrible and doesn’t know what they are doing. They are extremely slow to respond. The washing machine is old and does not fill up all the way with water, the door is busted, the water leaked for months before it was fixed. There is so many issues. This is not luxury. It looks updated but does not feel like luxury apartments. They slap paint on old items and kept the old appliances that are falling apart. I am moving."

"The leasing agents are very professional and helpful. They may not always answer the phone immediately while they are working with other residents but they are very attentive when you do have their attention. The application process is lengthy; however, I read over everything Maurice emailed to me, followed instructions & the move in process was seamless! Thus far, I have NO issues with the complex. The apartment is beautiful. Looking forward to renewing my lease in a year."

"I’ve been living here since 2021 and honestly I cannot wait to leave this place. The maintenance team is very helpful but the management here are not. They are partners with Northampton and most of their amenities belong to the North Hampton so please be aware that they will come up with new rules that are not in your lease or signed paperwork and claim that the rules are in your agreement. The North Hampton will harass you out of their amenities. Future residents, if you have children then just keep looking elsewhere for a decent place to live. Your child will not have a normal childhood. They will not be able to play outside. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this place is absurd. The water also randomly shuts off so if you are expecting to shower when you get off work. Change your expectations. Our AC was out during the summer and they just temporarily repaired it over and over. It lasted about four hours before we had to put in another work order. There was a leak in their lobby for an entire night. I’m adding more to my review. The water has been shut off today with no notice! An email was sent out letting us know that it will be out from 9am to 5PM. The email was sent out at 9:30 after the after has been shut off for 30 minutes already. This is insane! Please don’t move here. Save yourself the frustration. The rent will go up and so will your problems!"

"We have been living at The Alexander since October 2020. The management staff are all amazing and very professional, Carla, Marla and Ulysses and the other office staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When you come through the lobby they are always there with a treat for your furry friend. They are quick to respond to emails and always answer any questions with a helpful attitude. The maintenance staff are the best they go above and beyond, responding incredibly quickly and are considerate of our space and time when they arrive to complete work. The building is undergoing a lot of changes all positive! One of the best additions is the opening of a dog spa, which my dog will be a frequent visitor of."
