"The phone service to schedule or ask questions is the worst it's a reflection of upmc they send you back to square one all the time if you should have phycological problems to begin with their phone serve employes will add to your problems the drs are wonderful but getting to one is a major hurdle and don't blame it on covid . some are absolutely rude"
