"A nice location to live. I would say it could be much better but they are doing upgrades when they can. For the most part it’s an ok place to live but some residents keep some areas extremely dirty (trash chute). This makes pest a problem. Rent is ok but would love it to be more affordable ."

"This place have improved greatly! We still have some issues that’s being addressed. But the stuff is working very hard to make everything better. The stuff is outstanding! The gym was unsafe and outdated. But they replaced the entire gym with a new look and all new equipment! They updated many things: paint! Carpet! Parking garage! I am happy with the improvements!"
