"Very unprofessional and unorganized. I was dead set in moving here even after reading the reviews that warned me. I came in did the tour everyone was friendly and nice but once it came down to application process that’s when I seen what everyone was talking about. First they didn’t have the two bedrooms on the site then when I called to inquire they had a attitude. I filled out my application and was waiting for approval instead I was told 3 different things by three different people. No one had the same information or even accurate information. My biggest issue was I specifically asked if the two bedroom was on the government program before I applied because I knew I made too much and was told no. Now after I paid reservation fee, application fee, credit card fee they tell me it is and I don’t qualify. I asked to get another apartment that’s not in the program being as the apartment approved me now they are giving me the running around. Now I have to wait to get my money back. If your looking for an apartment please beware of this place. They tell you everything you want to hear to get your money. I read the reviews and thought new management but no they are still on the same games.Apply at your own risk but have two/three backup plans and some money to waste."

"Shout out to whoever manages this apartment community for the excellent job they do in keeping the community clean and pleasant. I live in one of the houses behind the apartment complex, and I see the cleaning crew picking up trash around the community every single day. You are not only keeping your community clean, but the neighborhood as well. Thank you all, and keep up the good work."

"This apartment complex is beyond pitiful. I’ve applied back in January was approved for my unit. The week before I was suppose to move in they call and say unit wasn’t going to be complete. Corporate had to refund me which took 3 months to get my money returned! Then here I apply again in July it’s now September ! the compliance manger and property manager have had me come into the office to bring documents given me move in dates etc. Just for every other day they need a new document or something.! Move in date was changed 3 times and still no definite answer I just winded up canceling my application with this apartment complex after going back and forth for 2 months! If you ever need a recommendation DONT EVER CHOOSE HERE THEY ARE BEYOND SAD AND UNORGANIZED!"

"I’ve been here since 11/2018. All was well in the beginning and I like my apt. But recently new neighbors moved in above me about a year ago and thats when I started seeing the roaches. I let the rental office know and was told I’d be put on a list for weekly exterminators. The exterminator came one time and that was 4 weeks ago. Roaches behind the refrigerator and coming through the baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom. It’s just disgusting. Maintenance is slow and inefficient and very bad communication. My air conditioner stopped working, they checked on it but didn’t let me know it needed to be replaced. I went almost a month during 90 degree days in august with no air. They provide an air unit three weeks AFTER I had to call and complain. They finally fixed it a week ago, but dragging their feet taking the window unit out which is making my energy bill sky high."

"Thank you Ms. Nicole FOSTER and others for taking the time to write a review. The horrible reviews make me want to stay in the Apartments I currently live in. Nothing like this terrible stuff is happening where I live and I was looking around for a new apartment and saw these. I'm sure glad I checked the reviews first. It's terrible Property Management like this that's very discouraging. Stealing money, being rude to tenants, playing with people's lives and time like that. It's a wonder this management company has not been sued. They don't want me living here, because the first time any of that happened, I will put my rent in escrow and would not pay them a dime and let the Judge decide. -With all the back cases due to covid, they would catch hell getting their rent. -Folks, stop paying them and go to Hyattsville and open an escrow account and see a judge. Also call an inspector. This is awful and the place look so nice on the outside."
