AHN Outpatient Center - Waterworks

"Today I went to the doctor and was ordered to get some blood work done, so I came here as a walk-in. I was seen within five minutes of waiting and the kind gentleman (I think his name was Brian?) was so awesome. Normally everyone struggles to take my blood, but he found the spot on his first try and it was painlessly done in a few minutes. Edit: I’ve been back two times since my original review, all for blood draws. This place is seriously the best! My other doctors sent me away after poking me a few times and getting nothing, when I come to waterworks outpatient it’s always one painless poke and it’s done before I know it. I’ve gotten 16 blood tests in the last week (2 appointments)and they were all done within minutes, with one poke, and over before I even knew it, without any major bruising! I will always praise this location for their amazing work!"

"the tech canceled my study (that I scheduled months in advance) for being 10 minutes late. Despite making me wait for 15 in the waiting area before checking me in. They refused to complete my study and told me to reschedule. Which would be 3 months later…rude and lazy people at this facility"

"Twice in 2 weeks I was referred to go to receive care which required imaging services. The first visit was 3pm on a Monday and the responsible staff had left for the day. The doctor was very apologetic and refunded our copay, as well as 4 other patients. This Saturday at 10 am were were told the staff had called off. Seriously unprofessional."

"If I could give this place a zero, I certainly would. I went this morning for blood work, and signed in. There was a few people ahead of me. I sat waiting to be called next for 45 minutes and finally walked up to the receptionist and asked how much longer the wait would be for blood work? And she stated the lab is closed today. I said excuse me? Why didn't you tell me that when I signed in and told you why I was here? Extremely poor customer service don't go to this place unless you want to waist your time, when you have to work afterwards."

"I'm not one to write reviews but I needed to share this. Went for my first OB appointment ended up receiving only a pap that I wasn't even there for to begin with. They didn't discuss anything pregnancy related other than giving me a pregnancy test and telling me I'm pregnant, which I already knew. My concerns were not addressed and a really important issue of mine was dismissed causing the whole experience to be extremely successful. The nurse wasn't bad but she failed to relay the important information to the doctor. Was told I'd get blood work and hear the heartbeat after the pap but they basically kicked me out afterwards scheduling me a whole month out. Making me 3 months before I'd even hear my babies heartbeat, know for sure how far along I am, or my estimated due date. Do not recommend for anything OB/GYN related. Will not be continuing with their care through my pregnancy."
