"I've been waiting for my remainder deposit since April of this year. I left the apartment in perfect conditions, everything checked out when completing move out inspection. I was only sent half of my deposit, (I paid $1,000 total. $500 for the deposit, plus $500 pet deposit) Melvina the leasing agent has ducked my calls and emails for months. Every time she has had a different excuse. They are unorganized and can't seem to have good control of the general ledger, they kept telling me I had missed rent payments but I provided proof for each one, including my bank statement. Last time I heard from Melvina she said she would "look into it" its been months and I have yet to receive a simple email response back to those many I have sent. Do not move here, they are thieves!!! UPDATE: they reply to your review but don't actually care to reply to your emails. I've sent multiple emails and I've been ignored."

She as well as the concierge staff have been very helpful in getting any issues that have arisen resolved quickly in a manner that was agreeable to me."
