"Kimberly at the front desk has continuously been rude and condescending when we call to ask simple questions. We are always respectful and she always has a bad attitude. No point in having concierge who doesn’t want to help residents."

"I am extremely particular about where I call home and I lived here for 2 years and loved it. I even got one of my friends to move in! Safety: as a single woman who can’t fight, I never had safety concerns here. No suspicious activity, garage/building doors that need fob access, and unit door locks that don’t use keys. Noise: I lived facing the train tracks in another building downtown SS for 2 years before moving here so the trains never bothered me. But my guests would be shook when the freight trains passed lol. The windows really do help with soundproofing and it’s probably not an issue if you face a different way. Thick walls with no issues with neighbor noise. Staff: maintenance is super professional and timely! Leasing staff was so incredibly helpful to me. If I ever had any questions or concerns, they were addressed kindly and promptly. Move in was a breeze and moving out was too. I left my unit in good condition and got my security deposit back as promised. Building: cleaning staff was there around the clock keeping common areas looking nice. Recycling sometimes overflowed but probably just because everyone actually cared to there. The amenities are small compared to other luxury buildings but kept in great shape. My family loved staying in the guest suite instead of a hotel."

I want to give a special shot out to the maintenance staff Patrick and Albi who always make sure to fix apartment issues quickly and without complaints. They help even when you don't have time to put in work request. Really thankful for the amazing staff here, makes me stress less."
