"Lease finally over so happy to be leaving! When I first moved in I had missing screens, missing doors, cracked cabinets, so many wall holes, alot of holes, mold in the closets, leaking tub, peeling paint, cracked drywall. NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE! I had a major hot water leak and they did not take care of it until 6 hours later, burning the paint off the tub. Leasing staff/ managers/ regional managers are no help. They will pass the issue from one person to another just to not deal with it. Or just tell you to your face "it's not their job and what do you want me to do" lol After a complaint I made about the leasing staff and maintenance worker, they decided to retaliate and get me evicted on "lease violation" and of course I won my case because their claims were false. This staff harassed me and stalked me for the entire year I lived there. If you rent here 1. Be prepared to do your own maintenance. 2. Expect literally no help from staff even if you go to cooperate expect no help at all. 3. Every time you communicate with this company do it in email. If you can get their lawyers information always CC their lawyers in every email."

"Emergency maintenance is a joke. Sunday morning I had a pipe burst in my foyer closet. It took "Emergency maintenance" 8 hours to show. I left several voicemails and never got a phone call back. Then when they arrived he didn't have a key to get in the building... Had the water not shut off an hour into my pipe bursting my place would of been flooded. Not to mention on a Sunday we had. No water for 8 hours. It doesn't help the on call maintenance man didn't speak good English either. Emergency means they will care no less than 4 hours after putting in a request. You'd think they care about the property enough to avoid water damage... Nope, it's mold city over here!"

"The place have roaches every where. Since day one even tho we were told everything was sprayed and clean before moving in. One of many of my worst fears was that and mice. One day cleaning the kitchen a nice tan out and into a hole in the wall by my tv. The roach problem again, on the bed tables every where. My infant daughter been getting bit by spiders and having rashes. There is limited maintenance and something is always broke. My fridge does not work properly and mold my food really fast. I asked for a new fridge all they did was fix the door. They charge each month for ac and unit in the window. again roaches. I can’t sleep comfortably because the noise, heat, or did i say roaches. This place taught me a learning lesson to not rush when moving and trust first instinct. Just counting down the days until my lease is done because I will be out of here. Don’t forget the centipedes, spiders, flies in hallway..no screens in windows, I had to ask for them to not even open the window because 3 big water bug roaches came through the window. I really hate being here and praying each day to get out of here and move."
