"Started renting in August 2023 and absolutely adore my one bedroom apartment right near all the action in Del Ray. The building is super cozy throughout summer and winter, keeping me cool and warm at all times. The staff is wonderful, always accommodating and ready to assist at the drop of a hat. I have recommended Mason Ave Apartments to many friends. 10/10 experience! Rebecca is my main contact and she is super helpful and always a pleasure to see during my comings and goings!"

"It is pretty good except for the app says maintenance requests will be addressed within three business days but I had to call and check at least a week later to see what was going on. Other than that, move-in process was smooth, they forgot to give me a key to the building and that was just inconvenient, I did get it a week later. The apartment was super clean when I moved in and I enjoy it now that I'm settled."

"The apartment wasn't ready until almost a month after my start lease date. I had to sleep on the floor of a different apartment until my apartment was ready. Maintenance requests take months to answer. They recently got better though. The apartment is constantly infested with roaches. Water leaked out of my window every time it rained. Property staff barely answer. The only decent thing here is location, price, and parking."
