The Frasier

"Lived here for about a year and a half in a 2/2. Moved out around August 2022. Overall, I'd recommend it. My only complaints were that some common areas were not open 24/7, the rent and fees were on the higher side, and you could hear the neighbors all around you. The location is great. Bus stop for the MW1 and 34 buses is right outside, and you can walk to Potomac Yard metro. It has easy access to the Mt. Vernon trail, you can walk to Del Ray, and Crystal City is like a 20-30 min bike ride. Staff was always responsive and made repairs quickly. The apartments were in great shape, and appliances were new and worked perfectly. The apartment was very spacious and had floor to ceiling windows in the main area. The kitchen was big with a lot of counter space and cabinets. It also had plenty of closet space throughout. They have an amazing pool area with another section for grills with chairs and benches. The outdoor area was very nice. The apartment also held really fun events. Property management staff was always professional, kind, and lovely to talk to."

I looked at a lot of places when I was trying to find my next home and I knew the Frasier was it when I walked in. Syreeta, Cara, and Sam are an amazing team who quickly and efficiently take care of anything that pops up. In my ten years of Active Duty, and five different moves, this was BY FAR my favorite place to live, and I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend the Frasier if you’re moving to the DC area, or any Bozzuto community in the MVA."
