Galvan at Twinbrook

"2024 edit I’m I have heard from other residents that when RAM partners took over the Galvan, they stopped doing or forgot to do criminal background checks on residents! A “luxury” property that could rent to criminals, including potential sex offenders or drug dealers. NOT SAFE FOR YOUR FAMILY STAY AWAY! Safety issues continue to grow. Residents complain of stolen packages. Homeless on premise - human urine in stair ways and abandoned cars in parking garage. Do not leave your doors unlocked- someone on our floor had a homeless guy walk into her unit, it’s not even safe to take your trash out. They say they have hired a new security company- where are they? Why is nobody at the front desk?! Lots of eviction notices on doors. Do not move here if you value your child’s safety!!! It’s turned into the projects! Elevators are always broken and take weeks to repair. Often there’s only one elevator working elevator for the whole building. Very difficult for disabled residents. You can’t use the stairs from outside the building. This week we had a SWAT team wake us up with an explosion. Not much communication from staff on these matters. Constant fire alarms and fire alarm testing. Druggies on the premises which are not safe for the families that live here. There has been flooding on the first floor that smells like sewage, which cannot be safe. Would not recommend"

"I've been living at the Galvan for over a year and truly enjoyed my time here. No apartment complex is perfect, the fire alarms were going off frequently when I first moved in but it seems like they've gotten that issue under control which I appreciate. They don't intrusively go through your packages like other apartment complexes, they usually have community events in the rec area and are in constant communication with the residents of the building. Plus all of the staff are kind and respectful. If I could give this place 6 stars I really would."

"Gabriella ( in the leasing office) is absolutely Amazing. From the time I came in to tour the building to the time I needed to apply for the apartment she was absolutely insightful and patient. She answered ALL of our questions and walked us through the process. Her exceptional treatment is the reason we are deciding to make this place our home. "The complex is great, comfortable and has excellent amenities - the common areas are fun and inviting. Management is very responsive and they plan various social activities which are announced via emails and in the common areas. I had the pleasure of closing the lease contract with Gabriela Mendez which is very knowledgeable and skilled, she immediately went above and beyond answering all of my questions and we were able to close extremely quickly."

"I made sure to thoroughly research apartment buildings because I often hear horror stories lol . I’ve been living at the Galvan for a year now, and I can confidently say I have no regrets. The maintenance service is exceptional. The property manager, and all the staff are amazing and I really don’t have any complaints!"
